Thank you for your support for this memorable 20th anniversary charity tea, hosted by Young and the Restless star Kate Linder, the well-known actress who plays Esther Valentine on the #1 rated soap opera in the U.S. and Canada.
Kate gives special thanks to her co-stars for their time, generosity and enthusiasm: Christian LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin), Jess Walton (Jill Abbott), Doug Davidson (Paul Williams), Marla Adams (Dina Bergeron), Abhi Sinha (Ravi Shapur) and David Lago (Raul Guittierez).
She also greatly appreciates the support from sponsors Revera Royal City Manor, Alaska Airlines and Global B.C, in addition to Four Seasons Vancouver. And as always, Kate thanks the fans for their generosity to make these teas so wonderful.
This important 20th anniversary milestone benefits the Canucks for Kids Fund, which dedicates resources to assist charities that support children’s health and wellness, and facilitate and encourage education in British Columbia. The Canucks for Kids Fund has granted more than $53 million to charities in B.C. over the last 31 years.
Kate hosted the first tea in December, 1997; the event has raised hundreds of thousands of dollars to benefit local healthcare charities since its inception.
